Leave Home is the second music album by the US punk band Ramones. It was first released in January 1977 and contains only music that was already part of the group’s repertoire before the release of the 1976 debut album Ramones. The title Leave Home alludes to the fact that at the time of the album’s release, the band had been able to raise their profile beyond their hometown of New York through intensive touring. Leave Home is counted by critics and fans – just like the rest of the first four studio albums – to the „classics“ in the work of the Ramones.
