Provoke are a straight up in your face, no bullshit hardcore band from Brisbane Australia. Formed in early 2005, Provoke have two releases to date; a self titled EP released independently in Autralia and on Give and Take Records internationally and the recently released „Brothers in Battle“ split with New Zealand’s TEMPO 38 through PEE Records. Provoke are no bullshit, follow no trends and play music that comes from the heart. Provoke’s approach to music is to cut the shit and get down to business, with a sound that has been compared to New York style hardcore. Fans of bands such as Madball, Agnostic Front, Skarhead, Murphy’s Law, Cro-Mags and Sick of It all should be into this.
